Questions, corrections and feedback are all welcome — particularly corrections. If a figure does not match your payslip, we would rather hear about it than not.

We read everything and normally reply within a few working days. If you are reporting a figure that looks wrong, it helps enormously if you can include your rank or grade, pay point, region and the figure you expected — that lets us reproduce it immediately.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with: errors in pay scales or allowances, calculator bugs, questions about how a figure was derived, and requests for pay scenarios we do not currently cover.

We cannot help with: personal pay disputes, payroll errors, pension transfer decisions, or anything requiring regulated financial advice. For those, speak to your payroll department, your union representative, or an FCA-regulated adviser. We are not financial advisers and cannot advise on your individual circumstances.
